Ramesh Gupta
Mr. Ramesh Gupta’s career spans over five decades, marked by leadership across various industries. Beginning in the banking sector, he spent nearly two decades in the credit division, where he evaluated projects based on three key considerations: person, purpose, and project. His decision-making and financial expertise laid a strong foundation for his transition to business leadership during an era of emerging opportunities and rapid change.
In 1990, Mr. Gupta resigned from banking to associate in the establlishment of business in the edible oil industry. He played a pivotal role in setting up a manufacturing unit, achieving production in less than seven months—an impressive accomplishment given the industry’s standard timelines. In 1993, he founded a financial services company, one of the first to receive SEBI registration. Over the past three decades, the company has grown steadily, earning a reputation for reliability and clean business practices in the dynamic financial market.
From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Gupta led operations for several companies within a reputed business house, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth. He successfully enhanced production and sales while fostering meaningful relationships across organizational levels, further strengthening his ability to lead complex operations.
In 2010, his entrepreneurial journey expanded into the pharmaceutical sector, where his venture gained recognition for delivering high-quality products and reliable service. His ethical approach and strong stakeholder relationships have made him a trusted name in the industry.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Gupta led a charitable initiative that raised over INR 1 crore in just one month, providing vital support to underprivileged children who had lost their parents to the virus. His efforts ensured these children received essential care and resources during an unprecedented crisis.
As Chairman of an environmental organization, Mr. Gupta remains committed to the conservation of the Yamuna River. Inspired by Shree Ashok “Yamuna Baba” Upadhyay, his initiatives focus on environmental preservation and social upliftment, fostering sustainable development and promoting community well-being.
